Shipping

Upon receipt of your payment, including shipping, your purchase will ship within 24 business hours.  All shipping is United States Postal Service First Class Mail unless otherwise stated and purchased. Please be sure your email address is correct to ensure you receive a tracking number.  Stamps.com will send the postal tracking information when your package is processed for shipping.

Return Policy

Here you can order with confidence.  We have a satisfaction is 100% guaranteed policy. You may return new products within 14 days of delivery.  To return products for a refund you must first contact Charmable Talk by email and inform us of the return.  Please state a reason for the return.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.  No refunds will be issued until Charmable Talk receives the returned products unless otherwise stated.  Care must be taken in sending the products back to us. Upon receipt of the returned items a check or PayPal refund will be issued.

We do not refund special orders. When requesting a special order where we must purchase a large quantity of an item or items please be sure before ordering.
